End of May activities

Thula killing it on the soccer field.  

Lela's first hair cut. Age 7. I didn't have her hair combed nice before the appointment so I was little embarrassed when the hair dresser saw it. She had lots of tips for me!

After the appointment we went to Thula's soccer barbecue at school. 

I chaperoned Lela's 1st grade class to the zoo. It was fun. 

Lela's last day of first grade.

Preschool Program

Balloon Glow

In the weeks leading up to Derby there are many activities. One of them is the hot air balloon race. The night before you can watch them glow in the dark. At certain times throughout the night they all light up. It was pretty, but I never got a good picture of it. 

We went with another family we met through Lela's school.

April Days

I'm always finding selfies of Thula on my phone. 

We were at the library and Stuart found his dream car. 

I kept trying to get Stuart into the car after church and he kept saying, "A nest!" And when I looked, lo and behold there was a duck nest.I have never seen that before.
