There was a free play in Jeffersonville Indiana on the riverfront. They performed Beauty and the Beast. It was fun being outside along the river. The bridge to the side of us had lights on it that were so pretty to look at in the evening. The lights changed colors every few minutes.
Making a living room fort, enjoying ice cream at Valley Freeze, taking a nap, watching a friend open birthday presents (I love how sweet Max and Stuart are!), playing a homemade Jumanji game (they are obsessed with playing their version of it after watching the movie. I love summer!
The kids love to play in the pool especially Lela and Stuart. Thula had a fun idea to put water in a bucket and freeze it to make the pool a little cooler. They had fun playing with their block Ice.
We watched our friend's dog, Choco, this summer while they were in Mexico. Everybody loves Choco.
Rosie and Alicia came down from Puyallup, Wa to visit. We always have a good time. Rosie, Dad, Meg, and I went to Berea, Ky to see the college and craft shops. It was a fun afternoon even if it was 100 degrees outside.
We had fun having a dance party and playing in our new pool that grandpa got for us.
I love watching Lela play with toys and I love watching her and her brother play together. Lately he's been obsessed with showing peace signs when he takes a picture. Lela even did a little one. I also love hanging out with these kids of mine!
