End of January

Stuart celebrated his 100th day of school by dressing up like an old man. We got two hermit crabs because Stuart really wanted a pet to explore like his new hero, Coyote Peterson from the YouTube show, Brave Wilderness. Getting ready for church-notice Stuart's new tie, he picked it out-Coyote Peterson approved.

Farnsley Mooreman Landing

It was a warm sunny Sunday and so I took the kids to one of my favorite places and we rode bikes and scooters. We also played racing games. It was fun.

Middle of January 2018

Thula made a two layer chocolate cake all by herself! Stuart took a photo by the library to show how the creek froze over and I took pictures of him sleeping, because the youngest is always the baby!

January 2017

Thula bought a hair piece with her birthday money. When Little Stuart first saw Thula wearing it he thought it was real and was mesmerized. When we told him it was a wig he wanted to try it on. He said, "I wish Mr. Bronger could see me like this!" That is his kindergarten teacher.
Lela got a haircut and her hair straightened.
Another homemade fort by Lela and Stuart.
And we have had several snow days! I shoveled the driveway and the kids went sledding. Afterwards they enjoyed a hot bath in the big tub.

New Year's Eve 2017/2018

Grandma and Bob came to visit. We played twister and danced the evening away. Little Stuart didn't quit make it to midnight.

Christmas Eve

The Wednesday before Christmas the activity day girls made snowman decorations. On Christmas Eve, Lela and Stuart had fun riding around on their new bike and scooter. We also played games and we acted out the Christmas story found in Luke. After the kids were in bed we wrapped all the gifts for the next morning!
