Merry Christmas

We had the sister missionaries over for Christmas Eve. The kids acted out the nativity, we sang carols, we read a Christmas poem that Michelle Yuyi sent us, we had a turkey dinner and banana pudding that Grampa made and then we reminisced about Christmases past. We let the kids open their new Christmas pajamas and we gave the missionaries socks and nail polish.

We set out the presents after the kids went to sleep and Lela's nutcracker guarded them.

Our stockings hung with care.

Lela loves her new nutcracker that she has been asking for two years now.

Before we officially open presents we read from our Thankful box. During the month of December we write little notes of what we are thankful for and read them Christmas morning.

Stuart loves the nutcracker too!
