Arrival in Puebla, Mexico

Shannon's mother-in-law's home. The home is divided into two buildings by an outside corridor. The building on the left is the living room, kitchen, and bathroom and the building on the right has four bedrooms. I liked it. It was nice and breezy. Puebla is at a high altitude so the climate is cool and dry. 

After we arrived in Puebla we lied down for a little nap and then Shannon's in-laws took us out for dinner. It was late at night, but I noticed that Pueblans are night owls. People do most of their living outside and there were people and children all over the place. I felt completely safe. In this picture this man is selling corn.

This nice lady had a little street kitchen set up and made us mulitas. 

My spicy mulita (deep fried corn tortilla with a red sauce and cheese inside) verde sauce and sour cream on top. Muy delicioso! 

My bedroom inside Celia's house (Shannon's mother-in-law). Notice the metal doors. 

The alley neighborhood  where Celia lives. Most everyone on this street is a member of the church. There are 8 stakes in Puebla.
